Because each bracelet is personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
- the item arrives damaged, or
- there is an error in personalization caused by us
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the product.
We review each case individually and, if approved, we may offer a replacement or another appropriate solution.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer mistakes in the personalization details submitted at checkout.
